Season 1 - Episode 4
Admiral Deladier shows on the USS Ascension and discusses the implications of the events that took place in episode 3 "Necessary Evil"... I'm not sure about those yet, I need to work on the plots
--but it is safe to say the Romulans are pissed off by the whole Arkos V mess with the separatists and the fake aid mission (episode 1-2), and they responded in kind on episode 3.
